Shri K.B. Lal, Whole-time Director-cum-Secretary, aged 76 years
is a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary both from India and U.K. and is having total experience of 50 years. He joined the Company three decades back. He is having vast experience and professional expertise in General Management, Labour Laws, Finance, Taxation and Corporate Laws related matters besides having practical experience of the working of Sugar and Distillery Industries. He became member of the Board in the year 2002 as the Whole-time Director of the Company. Mr. Lal does not hold directorship in any other Company.
