The management of the Company has rewarded its shareholders by way of bonus shares. Out of the total issued, subscribed and paid-up capital of 35 Lacs equity shares of the Company, bonus shares issued from time to time comprise of more than 90% of the share capital. “Equity shares of the company have been listed for trading at Bombay Stock Exchange w.e.f. August, 10, 2007 in B-I Group.”
